Her Story

 

Maija Lindsay (born May 28, 1993) is a Colombian designer of wedding gowns, cosmetics, and events. 

 

Lindsay is best known for her event management role for Viacom Network/MTV celebrity, Bebe Zahara Benet (winner of Ru Paul's Drag Race Season 1). Lindsay has spearheaded midwest collaborations with famous venues such as The Pourhouse, The Gay 90's, The Exchange, The Saloon, and The Machine Shop.

 

Iheart Radio signed Lindsay at the young age of 19 to manage studio events for musical artists such as Sam Hunt, Train, Ingrid Michaelson. By age 20 Lindsay had assisted in state wide annual festivals such as The Basillica Block Party. She has appeared on radio stations such as Cities 97, KDWB, Kool 108, Wild Country 99, and KCLD.

Lindsay had caught the attention of Viacom Network and by age 21 she signed with MTV Productions as Bebe Zahara Benet's booking agent. After her 3 year contract, Lindsay has now moved on to the bridal event and design industry.

Today, Lindsay operates out of Minneapolis where she is currently working with bridal, corporate, and NFL Super Bowl 2018 events.
